**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Education Director for Music Department to lead and shape the musical journey of our students. As a Head of Year, you will also provide pastoral support and oversee the academic and personal progress of a year group.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a vibrant music curriculum catering to diverse abilities and interests.
  2. Lead and manage the music department, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.
  3. Provide pastoral support as a Head of Year, promoting positive behavior and well-being.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of the curriculum and extracurricular activities.
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports, meeting deadlines and expectations.

**Benefits Package:

  • **Estimated Salary:** £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
