We are looking for a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Plant Department Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our plant department. This includes managing stock levels, reducing waste, and ensuring all products are accounted for before leaving the building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing stock levels to meet customer needs
  • Reducing waste by controlling inventory levels
  • Ensuring all products are accounted for before leaving the building
  • Monitoring sales below costs and adjusting prices accordingly

The successful candidate will have a strong background in inventory management and a keen eye for detail. They will also be responsible for training and developing staff members.

We offer a salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
