We're looking for a seasoned HR professional to lead our People & Culture Operations across the EMEA region. As HR Director – EMEA Operations, you'll oversee the setup and scaling of HR services, ensuring seamless delivery, process optimization, and strategic alignment with business goals.

About the Role

In this role, you'll report to our Chief People Officer EMEA and be based in London offices 3 days a week. You'll have the opportunity to regularly travel across Europe to meet with stakeholders and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Management
    1. Lead the HR administration function, ensuring efficient handling of day-to-day HR inbox queries.
    2. Drive projects aimed at improving HR reporting, processes, and systems, such as contract management.
    3. Facilitate continuous process and system improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery.
  2. Data Analysis & Reporting
    1. Ensure data integrity, streamline data requests, and lead systems integration.
    2. Develop and implement HR reporting tools for better decision-making.
  3. Process Improvements and Integration
    1. Build and lead a Generalist People Advisors Team.
    2. Facilitate training, manage promotions, role changes, and maintain headcount integrity.
    3. Support HR operations setup in new countries and manage HR projects, including annual performance reviews.
Requirements
  1. Strong Leadership experience in building and managing HR teams across diverse regions.
  2. Proven experience in setting up a shared services model.
  3. Extensive Knowledge of EMEA employment laws and regulations and setting up new offices.
  4. Expertise in HR data analysis, reporting, and system integration.
  5. Proven experience in strategic thinking and flawless execution.
  6. Managing multiple projects and proven experience in ruthless prioritization.
