Oakleaf Partnership is representing a global professional services firm to recruit for an HR Operations Specialist to join their people team on a part-time basis. This person will have a strong background in HR operations, query resolutions, and end-to-end support for HR across the employee lifecycle.

As the HR Operations Specialist, you will:

  • Provide HR operations support to both our EMEA and UK&I People Partnering teams
  • Act as a liaison between our People Services Team and local UK People Partner team
  • Handle escalations from Tier 1 to more complex Tier 2 HR matters
  • Work on a variety of HR tasks, including:
    • Complex family leave calculations
    • Flexible working requests
    • Sponsorship training provisions and bonus payment clauses
    • Probation matters
    • Long-term absence and GIP claims

Ensure data accuracy in Workday and support managers with self-service functions

This role requires significant experience in HR Operations, preferably in a Shared Services Centre model. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Workday and have intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across EMEA are essential. The candidate should also be able to work effectively with both onshore and offshore People teams, analyze and present data using Excel, and have a flexible approach to managing multiple priorities.
