About the Role

This 10-month fixed-term contract offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leaders in EMEA, particularly within the Sales teams. As a Senior EMEA Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diary Management: Efficiently manage the complex calendars of the SVP of EMEA and VP of EMEA Sales, scheduling internal and external meetings, conference calls, and appointments.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for key meetings, including agenda preparation, coordinating attendees, taking minutes, and ensuring the follow-up of action points.
  • Travel Management: Arrange comprehensive travel itineraries including flights, accommodation, transfers, and visas, ensuring all details are meticulously planned and communicated.
  • Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as expense reporting, document preparation, and organizing files.
  • Event Planning: Assist in organizing team offsite, client events, and other corporate functions.
Requirements:
  • A competitive salary (estimated €55,000 - €65,000 per annum) and benefits package.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong focus on accuracy and follow-through, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, energetic approach to work, and willingness to take the initiative.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google (Sheets, Docs, Slides); familiarity with other tools like Microsoft Teams and travel management systems is a plus.
