HR Operations Specialist

SS&C Technologies is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our Global HR Shared Services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, payroll, and offboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as main SME for the HR Shared Services team covering EMEA to deliver exceptional service across the employee lifecycle.
- Work with the wider Global HR Shared Services team to identify efficiencies, improvements, and areas for automation for existing HR Operations processes.
- Ensure HR Operations processes comply with local employment legislation and best practices.
- Support the wider HR team with routine activities/projects, such as cyclical compensation events, acquisitions, RIF programmes, and system migrations/automations.
- Partner with HRIS teams to implement core HR process changes and test new functionality in HRIS System (Workday).
- Maintain regulatory audit activity across EMEA, ensuring external deadlines are met.
- Maintain HR employee files in accordance with confidentiality and GDPR regulations.
- Manage and collate responses to Data Subject Access Requests in accordance with GDPR regulations.
- Oversee processes relating to regulatory schemes such as SMCR and IAF.
- Liaise with HR, Payroll, and IT teams globally to ensure process consistency and alignment.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in HR Operations covering EMEA.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and practices in the UK and EMEA.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines with an enthusiastic and flexible attitude.
- Experience utilizing HRIS tools such as Workday and ServiceNow.
- Previous experience implementing automation across HR Operations activities.
