Job Description: The successful candidate will manage a team of 8 individuals, including Housing Component Manufacturing Operators and CNC Programmer Operators. Key responsibilities include leading by example, demonstrating company Behaviours and Values, and communicating key messages and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process and ensure a successful induction of new team members.
  • Establish and agree on SMART objectives for individuals and the team, tracking performance accordingly.
  • Conduct appraisals, provide regular and constructive feedback, and address performance and conduct issues promptly and constructively with HR support.
  • Identify and promote training and development opportunities.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have demonstrable supervisory or people management experience, experience undertaking appraisals and performance management procedures, and a background in Manufacturing Engineering.
