About the Role

We're seeking an experienced manufacturing management professional to join our team at one of our customer sites in Windlesham, Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity to work on exciting projects with real bespoke engineering design at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to create production process and facility strategies, guiding and supporting them in translating those into concrete action plans and execution.
  • Deliver the tools required to enable the manufacturing process of our world-leading car models.
  • Evaluate processes and coordinate activities with the team to improve production quality.
  • Develop and standardize work instructions for each production process.
  • Schedule team activities to provide manufacturing deliverables that meet required specifications within timescales and budgets as well as other KPIs.
  • Lead/support activities to achieve target quality and dimensional accuracy from sub-assembly to finished vehicle.
  • Lead/support the Manufacturing Engineering Team to create 2D concepts, layouts, designs for tooling and fixtures, plant installation, assembly cells, manning, etc., obtain cost estimations and approval for budget.
  • Provide input to the Manufacturing Engineering Team to support feasible design solutions with regard to manufacturing, assembly, and quality control processes.
