Lead CNC Manufacturing Specialist

**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Team Leader to join our client's team in Camberley. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Manufacturing Operators and CNC Programmer Operators, ensuring smooth operation and exceptional quality.

**Responsibilities and Requirements:**
- Oversee key processes like sheet metal fabrication, pressing, and CNC operations.
- Manage recruitment, induction, and appraisals while encouraging team development with structured performance feedback.
- Be the go-to person for issue resolution, both internally and with subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, equipment maintenance schedules, and company policies.
