Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our team and take responsibility for the day-to-day running of our manufacturing operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of 8 individuals, including Manufacturing Operators and CNC Programmer Operators, and providing them with the necessary support and guidance to ensure the smooth operation of our production process.

You will also be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, induction, and appraisal of new team members, as well as ensuring that they receive regular performance feedback.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £42k per annum, plus a range of benefits, including a profit share scheme paid twice yearly, holiday entitlement, and enhanced pension.
