Test Engineering Professional


We are looking for a skilled Test Engineering Professional to work with us at George Blake in Camberley, UK.


In this role, you will be responsible for performing key testing and inspection processes across various stages of production to ensure the quality and reliability of our electronic products.


The Job Description

Key tasks will include:

  1. Conducting electrical and electronic test procedures from component level to final assembly.
  2. Programming, testing, and inspecting PCBAs.
  3. Performing optical inspections and fault diagnosis for both new and returned products.
  4. Raising non-conformance reports and engineering change requests as required, in line with company quality standards.

About The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with:

  1. A strong background in electronics testing and inspection.
  2. Experience in servicing and repairing electronic products, including fault diagnosis.
  3. The ability to interpret technical drawings and follow structured manufacturing processes.
  4. Familiarity with MRP systems and administrative procedures in a manufacturing environment.
  5. A commitment to quality and a keen eye for detail.
  6. A salary range of £42,000 - £47,000, performance bonus, and excellent benefits package.
