**Manufacturing Team Leader Opportunity**

We are seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Team Leader to join our client's team in Camberley. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Manufacturing Operators and CNC Programmer Operators, ensuring smooth operation and exceptional quality.

**Key Responsibilities and Requirements:**

  • Manage day-to-day operations, overseeing key processes like sheet metal fabrication, pressing, and CNC operations.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members, providing structured performance feedback to encourage growth and development.
  • Address issues promptly, both internally and with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and company policies.
  • Proven leadership experience in a metalwork or engineering workshop environment.
  • A strong background in manufacturing engineering, including experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
  • Familiarity with performance management, appraisals, and driving team development.
