About the Job
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of £45,000-£60,000 per annum, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes a flexible benefits scheme, a buy/sell holiday scheme, and a paid birthday day off.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to our hiring community and supply chain, resolving queries and escalations efficiently.
- Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of contingent workforce data for management information.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare regular reports on starters, leavers, and tenure, and collaborate with clients to forecast recruitment needs.
- Compliance and VMS Systems: Maintain knowledge of recruitment compliance legislation and VMS systems, ensuring seamless operation.
