Your responsibilities will include:
- Talent Sourcing and Acquisition: Utilize advanced questioning techniques to discover candidate motivations and provide market research insights to clients.
- Candidate Engagement and Retention: Develop strong relationships with candidates, ensuring seamless onboarding and providing ongoing post-placement care to support retention.
