Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Tech Talent Partner to join our Hiring team, playing a critical role in scaling our team and business. As a key member of our team, you'll help shape how we attract, assess, and hire top talent.

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive meaningful change across the company, setting us up for success as we scale.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the full cycle of recruiting candidates from sourcing through to close with a focus on tech roles, including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Technical Implementation Consultants.
  2. Keep our hiring bar high and serve as a talent consultant to both candidates and hiring managers.
  3. Regularly meet with hiring managers to understand priority roles, desired competencies, team culture, position profile, and other key success factors to inform our hiring strategy.
  4. Advise hiring managers on sourcing strategies based on market data.
  5. Consistently measure and track all aspects of the recruiting funnel to effectively report these to the hiring teams.
  6. Collaborate with our existing team to build processes and implement best practices to hire top talent into engineering and product roles.
Requirements
  • Experience in an in-house talent role with expertise in hiring for tech teams, preferably engineers with Python, machine learning, and data experience.
  • Proven ability to work in start-ups/scale-ups in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment.
  • Proactive approach, with a strong network and a creative approach to finding new sources for candidates.
  • Data-centric mindset, using key talent acquisition metrics to measure our hiring performance and identify areas for improvement.

Compensation Package

$50,000 - $70,000 per annum
