Job Title: Recruitment Business Partner

Tenth Revolution Group seeks a skilled Recruitment Business Partner to join our team in the UK.

As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will focus on developing strategic relationships with clients and sources to identify top talent.

Your ability to negotiate and close deals will be crucial in meeting revenue targets.

This permanent, full-time role requires independence and authorization to live and work in the UK both now and in the future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to identify new business opportunities.
  • Sources and recruits top talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to develop strategic plans and achieve revenue targets.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated success in sales or a target-based environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
