We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Talent Partner and Business Development Leader to join our team at Hook Technology Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of recruiting candidates from sourcing through to close, as well as working closely with hiring managers and interviewers to share best practices in talent sourcing.
You will have the opportunity to support initiatives like process improvements, employer branding projects, and strategic partnerships, driving meaningful change across the organization to help us scale next year.
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000
