About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing care, supervision, and control to young residents, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide ongoing care and supervision to young residents, adhering to regulatory frameworks for secure accommodation.
  • Oversee security measures and assist with health and safety compliance, including fire precautions and evacuation procedures.
  • Protect young people from abuse and help identify and assess their needs and potential.
  • Build strong professional relationships with young people displaying challenging behavior and guide them through induction and preparation for leaving the home.
  • Organize and oversee individual and group activities to enrich the young people's experience.
  • Participate in their education, assisting with in-class studies and homework, and help them develop essential life skills.
