**Job Title:** Residential Support Worker

**Location:** Bristol

**Pay:** £11.44 per hour

**Job Type:** Full-time

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a caring and understanding individual to support young people transitioning from a care home to living independently for the first time. Our clients have come from a background of trauma and abuse, and require a supportive and non-judgmental approach.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide emotional support and guidance to young people in a residential setting
* Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and menu planning
* Support young people in managing their finances and accessing community resources
* Drive young people to appointments and engage in activities to promote independence

**Requirements:**

* Minimum of 6 months experience in a care or support role
* Approachable, friendly, and proactive approach
* Great communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
* Hold a driving licence and NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Children & Young People
