IT Service Desk Engineer

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical support, both remotely and on-site, to clients across various sectors. Job Description
* To provide second-line technical support, resolving complex issues and escalating when necessary
* Collaborating with the service desk and NOC team to ensure seamless delivery of services
* Implementing O365 environment – Office/SharePoint/Intune etc.
What We Offer
* Competitive salary: £38,500 - £42,500 per annum

Requirements
* Minimum 4 years' experience in I.T with at least 1 year MSP/Service Provider
* Configuration, support, and maintenance of Microsoft Client Operating Systems
* Experience with Hyper-V and VMWare
