Technical Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to fill the role of IT Service Analyst, providing technical support across multiple sites nationwide.

Your key responsibilities will include delivering comprehensive hardware and software support services to users, managing assets, configuring deployment, and documenting processes. You will also leverage your expertise in laptop and hardware roll outs, oversee user access and permissions management, evaluate and escalate complex issues to external partners, and act as a point of escalation for junior analysts.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant role, with proficiency in providing hardware and software support, familiarity with Microsoft systems and applications, understanding of VMware infrastructure, and a demonstrated organizational and methodical approach to tasks.

You will also be responsible for utilizing phone, email, and ticketing systems to manage tickets, leading project work initiatives, and possessing a valid driving license for occasional travel to various sites across the UK.

The salary for this role is approximately £60,000 per annum, with benefits including 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, birthday leave – taken within the birthday month, all business-related travel expenses reimbursed at a mileage rate or through a hire vehicle, standard working hours: 37.5 hours Monday to Friday, and job security and opportunities for career progression.
