Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing hardware and software support, asset management, and configuring, deploying, and documenting laptops and hardware roll-outs. They will also manage user access and permissions, escalate complex issues to outsource partners, and serve as a point of escalation for junior analysts.

This is a site-based position in Widnes, with all travel costs covered, including mileage rates or hire vehicles. The working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with job security and career progression opportunities available.
