Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at CV-Library. This is a key opportunity for an experienced IT professional to provide technical support across multiple sites nationwide.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive hardware and software support services to users
  • Manage assets, including configuration, deployment, and documentation
  • Leverage expertise in laptop and hardware roll outs
  • Oversee user access and permissions management
  • Evaluate and escalate complex issues to external partners
  • Act as a point of escalation for junior analysts
  • Utilize phone, email, and ticketing systems to manage tickets
  • Lead project work initiatives
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a relevant role
  • Proficiency in providing hardware and software support
  • Familiarity with Microsoft systems and applications
  • Understanding of VMware infrastructure
  • Demonstrated organizational and methodical approach to tasks
  • Experience working with LAN and WAN networks
  • Possession of a valid driving license for occasional travel to various sites across the UK
