IT Service Analyst

A key opportunity for an experienced IT professional to provide technical support across multiple sites nationwide.

This role involves delivering comprehensive hardware and software support services to users, including managing assets, configuring deployment, and documenting processes. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in laptop and hardware roll outs, oversee user access and permissions management, evaluate and escalate complex issues to external partners, and act as a point of escalation for junior analysts.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant role, with proficiency in providing hardware and software support, familiarity with Microsoft systems and applications, understanding of VMware infrastructure, and a demonstrated organizational and methodical approach to tasks.

Additional responsibilities include utilizing phone, email, and ticketing systems to manage tickets, leading project work initiatives, and possessing a valid driving license for occasional travel to various sites across the UK.

The salary for this role is approximately £60,000 per annum, with benefits including 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, birthday leave – taken within the birthday month, all business-related travel expenses reimbursed at a mileage rate or through a hire vehicle, standard working hours: 37.5 hours Monday to Friday, and job security and opportunities for career progression.
