Job Description
The Civil Aviation Authority is seeking an Asset and Facilities Coordinator to join its team and manage facilities management services across its property portfolio. Responsibilities include performance management, compliance, and conflict resolution. Key responsibilities include managing third-party suppliers, ensuring health and safety standards, and supporting workplace services projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience in proactive and effective management of facilities management services, performance management of third-party suppliers, conflict resolution, and associate or member status with the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM).

The successful Asset and Facilities Coordinator will be part of a dynamic team and will have opportunities to develop their career with the Civil Aviation Authority. The salary for this role is approximately £41,677 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
