**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Campus Facilities Assistant Manager to join our facilities team at ACM The Academy of Contemporary Music. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our campus facilities, including coordinating events and providing technical support.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operation of our campus facilities, ensuring that all necessary tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage the setup and delivery of internal and external events, working closely with our events coordinator and technicians.
  • Coordinate with our technicians to maintain the functionality, tidiness, and safety of our workshop and storage areas.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize resource allocation.
  • Monitor and manage our stock inventory and control systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

General Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accurate and thorough preparation of equipment for lectures, exams, events, and gigs.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and improve workflow.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
