Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality teaching and learning within a meaningful and engaging curriculum that stretches and challenges all learners within their class.

  • Develop and implement inclusive education plans for students with profound and complex needs
  • Work closely with the therapeutic team to create personalized curricula
  • Lead and direct other support staff within the class
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree in Education or related field
  • Proven experience of working with students with complex needs, particularly sensory-led learning
