We Manage Jobs is recruiting for a highly skilled Disability and Safeguarding Team Lead to join our team. This permanent role comes with a competitive salary of £39,513 - £43,693 per annum, plus a £3,000 welcome payment.

In this critical role, you will lead on Care Act section 42 enquiries for new adult safeguarding referrals, developing and implementing strategies to ensure the best possible outcomes for vulnerable adults.

The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of the Care Act, including section 42 provision, and significant experience as a social worker with supervisory experience. You must also possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and support your team members to achieve their full potential.
