We are looking for a skilled Children's Safeguarding Team Lead to join Ackerman Pierce Ltd in Gloucestershire County Council. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal part in leading and supporting a team of social workers dedicated to safeguarding children.
The successful candidate will have a recognized qualification in Social Work and be registered with Social Work England. They will also have completed their Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) and hold full driving license.
The job offers a competitive salary of £47,573 - £49,590 per annum, plus an annual retention payment of £2,000. Benefits include hybrid working opportunities and 5 days' annual leave rising to 30.5 days after 5 years of continuous service.
