Job Title: Business Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Sanderson. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the Defence, Law Enforcement, and National Security sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Close sales opportunities to meet quarterly targets.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Manage key customer accounts and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Lead the proposal and bid management process, including technical proposal creation and tender coordination.
  • Maximize lead generation at global industry events and support marketing efforts.
Requirements:
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Thrives in a target-driven environment.
  • Comfortable building relationships in Defence and Security sectors.
  • Experienced in selling value-added services to National Security/Defence/Law Enforcement.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to engage in technical discussions with both internal teams and clients.
Industry Experience:

Tier 1 - Military/Defence

Tier 2 - Central Government

Tier 2 - Blue Light/Emergencies

We are looking for a candidate with a British passport and relevant experience in the National Security, Defence, or Law Enforcement sectors.
