Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet quarterly targets and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Manage key customer accounts and develop strategic partnerships to drive sales success.
- Lead the proposal and bid management process, creating technical proposals and coordinating tender responses.
- Maximize lead generation at global industry events and support marketing efforts to drive sales growth.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation skills.
- Thrives in a target-driven environment with a proven track record of sales success.
- Comfortable building relationships in Defence and Security sectors, with a strong understanding of the industry.
- Experienced in selling value-added services to National Security/Defence/Law Enforcement, with a strong technical background.
- Industry experience in order of preference: Tier 1 - Military/Defence, Tier 2 - Central Government, Tier 2 - Blue Light/Emergencies.
- Flexible, home-based work arrangement with frequent UK travel and occasional global travel.
- Global travel opportunities and professional growth, with a rapidly expanding company.
- Uncapped commission and a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £70,000.
- Active or lapsed DV clearance preferred - SC will be considered.
