Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will manage and support a team providing person-centered care and guidance, ensuring family wellbeing and safety. Responsibilities include leading team shifts, overseeing family activities, and providing wellbeing support while liaising with social workers and supervising night staff. Additionally, this role requires partaking in on-call rota and maintaining OFSTED notifications.
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience in family support, social care, or similar fields, be flexible and willing to work shifts, possess a full UK driving license, and business insurance for their vehicle (required). A Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care is essential, with DBS certification (preferred).
Compensation Package
This position offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
