Residential Family Assessment Programme Manager

Salary: £13,000 - £14,750 per annum (pro rata) or £12.50 - £14.00 per hour (DOE)
We're seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage our residential family assessment programme in Harlow. Established in 2017, our centre provides 12-week assessments, overseen by qualified social workers and dedicated family support staff.

- Manage a team of professionals providing intensive support to families
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with local authorities, health services, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver innovative assessment programmes
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
