Job Title: Residential Support Worker
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Essex County Council. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care and support to children and young people with disabilities
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the delivery of good quality care
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, young people, and their families
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (or willingness to complete within 2 years)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
- Commitment to providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with disabilities
