About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Practitioner to join our team at Minerva Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting families and young people in need.


Job Summary:


The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Manager in achieving the goals outlined in our Statement of Purpose, overseeing staff, and working directly with children and young people when necessary.


Main Responsibilities:



  • Salary: £30,000 per annum
  • Location: Harlow, Essex

The Deputy Manager will oversee child protection concerns and collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a deep understanding of child development and family dynamics.
