Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior Support Practitioner. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our care assistants are trained to the highest standard, meeting with customers to review care plans, and conducting regular spot checks and supervisions.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Training and Development: Collaborate with the branch team to develop and implement training programs for care assistants, focusing on continuous improvement and best practices.
  2. Care Plan Reviews: Meet with customers to review and discuss their care plans, ensuring they meet their unique needs and preferences.
  3. Supervisions and Audits: Conduct regular supervisions and audits of care assistants to ensure they are performing at the required level.
  4. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our customers.
  5. On-Call Support: Participate in an on-call roster to provide support during unexpected absences, ensuring continuity of our services.
