People Operations Lead (Flexible working options available)

Location: Hybrid working model

Are you an innovative HR expert with a commitment to enhancing operational effectiveness and driving positive change? We are seeking a People Operations Lead to guide our adaptable team, advocate for HR excellence, and implement meaningful improvements.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as a reliable HR consultant to the organization, providing knowledgeable advice on employee relations, contractual terms, and organizational policies.
  • Manage and oversee employee relations initiatives, offering vital support to both staff and leadership.
  • Supervise daily HR administrative functions, ensuring seamless and effective operations throughout the employee journey.
  • Work collaboratively with the broader HR and Operations teams to foster a cohesive, integrated approach to all HR initiatives.
  • Enhance and automate workflows to improve efficiency and promote ongoing advancements within the HR department.
  • Generate regular HR analytics and track key operational indicators to ensure peak performance.
  • Maintain all HR documentation and policies current, aligned with the employer's brand, and compliant with applicable laws.
  • Stay informed about legislative updates, ensuring the HR team remains knowledgeable and compliant.
  • Guarantee GDPR adherence across all HR activities.
  • Refine HR systems to adapt to the changing needs of the organization.
  • Conduct regular audits and updates of HR data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Guide and develop the HR Operations team, providing continuous support through one-on-one meetings and performance evaluations.

What You Will Contribute:

  • Comprehensive understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Experience in a dynamic, expanding environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a talent for motivating and managing teams.
  • Expertise in HR systems, with the ability to analyze and utilize data for informed decision-making.
  • A proven history of optimizing processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Experience in steering HR projects from inception to execution.
