The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated administrator to join our Course and Student Administration team at Kingston University. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting the administration of student services, ensuring that our students receive the highest quality support throughout their academic journey.

The Person

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work flexibly and maintain a high standard of work. You will also be adept at working under pressure to tight deadlines and have a good knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the administration of student services, including enrolment, assessment, and award processes
  • Contribute to the maintenance of accurate records and documents on the SITS student record system and other relevant systems
  • Provide high-quality customer support to students, staff, and other stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with academic colleagues and other key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
