The Role

Joining the Course and Student Administration team at Kingston University, you will play a vital role in supporting students throughout their academic journey. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that students receive the highest level of administrative support, from enrolment to graduation. This includes coordinating the student life cycle, managing assessment processes, and maintaining accurate records on the SITS student record system, Excel spreadsheets, and the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to students, staff, and academic colleagues
  • Coordinate the student life cycle from enrolment to award
  • Manage assessment processes, including marking and moderation
  • Maintain accurate records on the SITS student record system, Excel spreadsheets, and the VLE
  • Develop and implement effective administrative processes and procedures

The Person

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and customer service skills. You will have a good understanding of IT systems, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and be able to work effectively in a team. A degree-level qualification or equivalent is essential, and a passion for developing and improving the student experience is desirable. If you have a strong attention to detail, a flexible approach, and a good sense of humour, we would like to hear from you.
