About the Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity to join phs Group as a Driver Team Performance Leader, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of service delivery and driving team performance. As a leader, you will be responsible for guiding a team of driver colleagues, ensuring they receive ongoing training and support to excel in their roles. You will also collaborate with various teams to resolve operational issues, promote a culture of excellence, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. In addition to your core responsibilities, you will contribute to comprehensive induction training, empowering new team members with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
Key Tasks:
  • Lead and motivate a team of driver colleagues to achieve exceptional service levels.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team performance.
  • Work closely with internal teams to address operational challenges and promote a collaborative environment.
  • Support the recruitment process, identifying and developing potential candidates.
Essential Skills:
  • Leadership and coaching skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards.
