To succeed as a Registered Manager at Recruit 2 Success, you must possess strong leadership skills, a passion for delivering exceptional care and support, and a commitment to promoting the company ethos as an activity-based organization.
You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality service provision, incorporating care, welfare, safety, and security of all children and young people in your care. This involves adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies, as well as monitoring and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
The estimated salary for this position is £54,500 per annum, plus an additional £1,500 on-call allowance and potential to earn an Outstanding Ofsted bonus of £2,500.
