Voyage Care is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our residential service in Folkestone, promoting the well-being and independence of six adults with a moderate learning disability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to develop person-centred support plans
- Conduct care needs assessments
- Recruit and induct new colleagues
- Complete supervisions and appraisals
