Elysium Healthcare is proud to offer a unique opportunity for a Senior Support Worker to join our team at Felbrigg House, an old rectory situated in the conservation area of Dover, Kent. This historic building provides a supportive environment for individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for leading a team of support staff and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. Your duties will include organizing and overseeing shifts, ensuring the wellbeing of all service users, responding to challenges, and supervising support staff. You will also be responsible for organizing activities, administering medication, and communicating with families and professionals.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including an annual salary of £25,350, equivalent to 25 days annual leave, free meals and parking, wellbeing support and activities, career development and training, pension contribution, life assurance, and an enhanced maternity package.

What We Are Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need experience as a Senior Support Worker or extensive care experience from a Learning Disability and Autism residential setting. You should hold the NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and possess strong leadership skills and empathy. A positive and professional approach, reliability, flexibility, hard work, and honesty are essential qualities for this position.
