Facilities Coordinator

The HireWorks Ltd is seeking a skilled Facilities Assistant to join their team at a college in Cambridge. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a proactive and hands-on individual with a background in facilities or a similar field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the facilities team in ensuring the smooth operation of the college building and site.
- Act as a primary point of contact for all building and site queries.
- Conduct minor maintenance tasks as needed.
- Assist with the movement of furniture and equipment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working within facilities or a similar proactive hands-on position.
- Hardworking and enjoys working as part of a wider team.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient IT skills and able to use MS Office.
The ideal candidate will have a background in plumbing or electrical works, but this is not essential. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for facilities management, we encourage you to apply.
