About the Role:
This is a superb opportunity to join the UK's leading home improvement business as one of our Sales Managers. We are seeking an experienced sales professional or sales manager who is now looking to stretch their business development and management potential to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for achieving impressive and realistic OTEs (On-Target Earnings) with qualified appointments. You will be supported to achieve your goals through flexibility in hybrid working arrangements.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary package including an estimated £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have access to a range of benefits, including pension schemes and opportunities for career advancement within the company.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong leadership abilities. You should also be able to demonstrate a proven track record in sales and business development, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
