Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

At CV-Library, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Operations Manager to play a key role in the commercial operations of our business. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled bid manager with a commercial background to join our team and contribute to our future successes.

This senior role offers excellent earning potential and long-term career progression. You will be responsible for managing full tender & bid strategies, leading and managing contractual negotiations, and dealing with a range of clients from blue-chip international businesses to governments and the military.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with the ability to manage full bid/tender processes, knowledge of international contracts, and a desire for a hybrid role with 2/3 days in the office.

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + Bonus Great Benefits Package
