Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team at CV-Library, a leading marketing solutions provider.
In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, managing budgets/finances, and delivering best-in-class project management.
You will be part of a global award-winning brand activation partner based in Gloucestershire.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure client expectations are understood and managed.
- Foster new opportunities.
- Participate in and lead client workshops and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Present clear, engaging reports and propose business strategies.
- Lead the team to deliver best-in-class project management.
- Manage project plans and schedules, ensuring timely completion.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and reviews.
- Evaluate projects for profitability and alignment with client KPIs.
- Take overall ownership and responsibility of project delivery.
- Lead, motivate, and inspire your team.
- Be commercially aware and manage budgets effectively.
- A strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills.
- A creative problem solver with effective communication skills.
- Able to identify and mitigate risks.
- Proven relationship management skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid account management experience.
- Understanding of direct marketing, CRM, and integrated approaches.

This role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum and hybrid working arrangements. The contract duration is 12 months.
