About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Functional Lead to join our team at TechOhana. As the primary point of contact for Salesforce strategy, configuration, and functionality, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver Salesforce solutions tailored to the consumer goods industry's unique needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into Salesforce configurations, workflows, and reports.
- Document Salesforce best practices and provide guidance to users on efficient platform use.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce functionality, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, with a focus on consumer goods workflows.
- Manage the end-to-end configuration and customization of Salesforce to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Lead user training sessions and workshops to promote platform adoption and maximize team productivity.
- Oversee data integrity within Salesforce, including data mapping, cleansing, and reporting.
- Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to continually enhance our platform capabilities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Salesforce functional role, with a minimum of 2 years in the consumer goods industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and platform best practices.
- Strong background in configuring Salesforce to meet specific business needs, with a focus on consumer goods processes.
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams, translate business requirements, and implement solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to train and support end-users effectively.
