About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Functional Lead to join our team at TechOhana. Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and deliver Salesforce solutions tailored to the consumer goods industry's unique needs.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into Salesforce configurations, workflows, and reports.
  3. Document Salesforce best practices and provide guidance to users on efficient platform use.
  4. Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce functionality, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, with a focus on consumer goods workflows.
  5. Manage the end-to-end configuration and customization of Salesforce to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  6. Lead user training sessions and workshops to promote platform adoption and maximize team productivity.
  7. Oversee data integrity within Salesforce, including data mapping, cleansing, and reporting.
  8. Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to continually enhance our platform capabilities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Salesforce functional role, with a minimum of 2 years in the consumer goods industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and platform best practices.
  • Strong background in configuring Salesforce to meet specific business needs, with a focus on consumer goods processes.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams, translate business requirements, and implement solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to train and support end-users effectively.
