We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Regional Senior Care Assistant to join our Barchester Healthcare team. As a Regional Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to residents living in our care homes. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring the delivery of care, contributing to person-centred care planning, and providing emotional support and companionship to residents.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who has a background in care, ideally with a Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care and a view to complete an NVQ 3. A good understanding of the wider healthcare industry is required, along with a minimum of a C grade in GCSE English and Maths. The estimated salary for this role is around £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
