Job Overview

We are recruiting a highly skilled Senior Social Worker to join our Children in Care team, based in Northamptonshire. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, delivering high-quality services to children and families.

About the Job

This position involves working closely with other professionals to provide exceptional support to children, young people, and their families. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with families, supporting them through complex legal proceedings and contributing to the development of new initiatives to improve outcomes for children.

Key Requirements:

  • Social Work England Registration (formerly known as HCPC)
  • Previous experience of handling complex cases
  • Previous experience of mentoring less experienced social workers
  • Previous experience within Children in Care
  • Enhanced DBS Clearance - or happy for us to undertake this for you prior to joining us
  • The Right to Work in the UK

  • A competitive salary range of £38,890 - £44,884 per annum (dependent on performance).
